You have
landed on my introductory post. Originally this free blog was intended to bring
traffic to my E-mall, but it took off with a life of its own and now it has
become my obsession. I love writing it. Having said that, please remember to
take a look at my E-mall on my Home page. The stores you will find on the menu and
banners are Amazon, Darby Creek Trading (prayers and inspirational), Fresh
Roses and Petals, HD Tracks (music), Working Persons (work clothes), Greeting
Cards, Auto Parts, Fanzz (sports parafhernalia), Gardening, Pet Products, and
Travel.
Nevermind
your animal instincts, use your mind to think it through; isn’t it better to
live in truth rather than lies? Of course. Our Founding Fathers were Bible educated.
As children they learned the alphabet
with each letter beginning a Bible verse. The Bible was their reader, so
they
grew up knowing God. They let “The greatest story ever told” guide their
lives.
Noah Webster, commented, “Education is meaningless without the Bible.”
To which
his contemporaries chorused, "Of course! Doesn't everyone know that?"
Unfortunately, we ran off and forgot that key to a happy and fulfilling
life.
My purpose
is to peak your curiosity and encourage you to read the Bible for the meaning
of life…to bring meaning to your education. You can thank me later.
Scrolling,
there are currently 135 short posts, most no longer than this one (except for
The Declaration of Independence, The Bill of Rights and The Sermon on the
Mount). There are 10 articles per page,
which have drawn more than 200,000 comments to the point where I stopped counting. Here you will
learn what is not taught in school; our Godly heritage, the original intent of
our Founding Fathers as expressed through authentic quotations of notable
historic figures, the Founding Fathers themselves, and relevant decisions of
the Supreme Court through the years. I think you will find these authentic posts
entertaining, informative, and inspirational. To be a great people we must know
who we are, how we got here, and how to avoid the mistakes of the past. We
cannot ignor true history and expect a good life. I do not apologize for
repeating my self in these articles. I have approached this theme from many
different angles in the hope I’ll get through to more of you.The Bible is a
good example of the fact that we learn by repetition. My theme is A CHRISTIAN EDUCATION IS THE ANTIBIOTIC AN AILING
AMERICA NEEDS.
Abraham
Lincoln said, “Nothing is politically right which is morally wrong.” And this should be the Christian’s battle cry today more than ever in
this secular society.
While I
offer this blog free of charge, I think you’ll find it highly valuable. Also,
my new Emall offers 13 stores, including Amazon where I feature a great library
of Christian books. I know that the internet is no place to sharpen you reading
and writing skills (just look at some of the reader comments) but I hope I can
encourage you to break away from mediocrity and let some skillful writing rub
off on you. Yes, the avid readers eventually learns to express themselves
effectively. I remember my English Literature teacher, Miss Holt, telling me
not to be so “wordy”. Be more economical with words. I thank her for the
inspiration to learn proper English. In the army that skill impressed my superiors
and placed me above my contemporaries for promotion. Everyone assumed by my
speech I was a college man, while in fact I was only a high school graduate
with terrible grades except in mechanical/architectual drawing and English.
Eventually, reading transformed me into a history buff.
Pygmalion is a play by George Bernard Shaw which was made into a musical, My Fair Lady. I remember
Professor Higgins describing a lowly flower girl. “It’s ‘aouu’
and ‘garhm’ that keep her in her place; not her wretched clothes and dirty
face.” When you interview for a job, your ability to speak properly tells the
interviewer most of what he needs to know about your potential for advancement.
If you use teen slang and double negatives, you’re done. If you do get a job
you can bet it’ll be low paying without much future. I suppose today, as a child, I would be
diagnosed with Attention Defecit Disorder. I prefer to call it Interest Defecit
Disorder. I excelled at anything in which I was interested. A good teacher will
create interest in the subject. Fortunately, Miss Holt’s inspirational
motivation allowed me promotion to Sergeant E5, then to Officer Candidate
School to Second Lieutenant, First Lieutenant, Captain, Major, and finally
Lieutenant Colonel before retiring at age 41. Thanks again, Miss Holt.
The English
language is spoken all over the world. It is the language of Shakespeare and
the Bible. Wherever you go your language skill, or lack of it, is like a sign
hung around your neck advertising who you are, and affecting your economic future
for better or worse.
If you don’t
want to study the Writer’s Handbook, read any book, preferably by Christian
writers such as I feature on my home page and in many of my posts. I have tried
to make my blog unique among blogs and, according to my reader comments, I have
succeeded.
Having said
all this don’t be too surprised if, occasionally, you find fault with my
spelling or punctuation. I’ve tried to discipline my computer, but it won’t
listen.
As I have
said, this blog is offered free and you may use all or any part to your heart’s
content, as long as you backlink to http://moneyonlinemadeeasy.com Understand that I am alone in this effort and have no staff. It takes all
my available time to research, compose, publish and delete spam comments. I
can't get bogged down in administration. My mission is to write. Please confine
your comments and questions to the subject matter.
Forgive the commercial. Got to pay the landlord.

While many
devout Christians carry their Bible to church, it’s not exactly convenient to
carry them elsewhere in their daily activities. I have found there are many
occasions when I’m relaxing, having to wait in an office, airport or in flight
that I could be reading the Bible if I had carried it with me. However Bibles
can be bulky. The smaller pocket size bibles have very tiny print. About 15
years ago, long before iPads
and iPhones, I discovered the Franklin
electronic Bookman Bible. This little wonder will let you adjust the print
size, bookmark, enter key words and phrases to identify chapter and verse, find
verses, page up and down, gives you access to the Old And New Testaments, and
lets you slip it into any pocket or purse. So, wherever you happen to be, at
any time you have God’s Word with you. Type in Franklin Electronic Bible at Search Amazon on top of my home page.
The Bookman
Bible will also plays electronic books which are available in cartridge form.
A few Christmas’ ago I
gave my grandchildren their very own Franklin Bibles. They took great glee in
beating everyone to the Pastor’s reference, chapter and verse, and watching the
others fumbling to find their place.
